John “Max” Maxwell is a noted institutional research analyst, ranked #1 in technology research, investment manager, strategic corporate advisor, professor and author with nearly three decades of experience on Wall Street.
Max has extensive investment expertise as manager of hedge funds, private equity and mergers & acquisitions with tenures at SoundView/Gartner Group, Dillon Read and Wertheim Asset management. At Compaq Computer he headed corporate strategy, M&A and started their venture investing where he was the lead investor for Internet Capital and served on its Board of Directors.
